tz77's total aggregate liability to any User under these Terms, for any cause of action, will not exceed the total amount deposited by that User to their tz77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
tz77 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and connectivity issues outside tz77's control (including Philippine ISP or payment network disruptions) will not give rise to tz77 liability.
tz77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or criminal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, PAGCOR compliance requirements, or account inactivity.
Upon account termination, tz77 will provide written notice to the email address registered on the account where legally required. Any withdrawable balance (i.e., real money not subject to active bonus wagering requirements or fraud holds) will be returned to the User via the most recent withdrawal method used, within a reasonable timeframe.
Users who believe their account was suspended in error may contact tz77 support for review. tz77 will investigate and respond within a reasonable period. Decisions regarding account terminations made pursuant to PAGCOR regulatory directives are not subject to internal appeal.
